This data-informed approach not only accelerated the sell-through of low-stock inventory but also successfully converted passive foot traffic into active client appointments with stylists. The success of this strategy—merging frontline insights with hard sales targets—led to my promotion to oversee Visual Merchandising for all Shan Ontario locations, and subsequently, the expansion of my role to cover the Quebec storefronts.
